Danny Nielson: Manager / Escrow Officer
Danny started working for Mountain View Title in 2006 in the Cedar City office as an Escrow Officer. He strives to provide quality service… before, during, and after the closing. Before working for Mountain View Title he worked as a Treasury Analyst for a mortgage service company. Danny received his Bachelors Degree in finance from SUU. He currently resides in Cedar City with his wife Kristin and his two boys, Parker and Zach. When not at work, he enjoys rebuilding old cars and jeeps. He also enjoys scuba diving and being outdoors, camping, hunting and fishing with his family. |

Derek Morton: Escrow Officer / Marketer / Licensed Title Examiner
Derek has 8 years of experience and is dual licensed in Title and Escrow. He prides himself on being versatile enough to handle whatever might come his way. He has grown to value the relationships that he has been able to establish with existing clientele. He is actively involved in the community through various organizations such as the Cedar City Lions Club, Chamber of Commerce, and Scouts. He enjoys being in the outdoors and sporting events. He is married to Terre and has two children. |
