Fen Malloy: Head Licensed Title Examiner
Glen “Fenster” Malloy began his title career in 1989 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. After holding various positions including delivery, production assistant, recorder and searcher, he joined Mountain View Title as a Title Officer and in 1994 was promoted to his current position as Mountain View’s Title Manager. Fen is a licensed title agent with the State of Utah and has over 20 years experience with Residential, Raw Ground, Construction and Commercial Projects within all counties of Utah. He directs a team of experienced and licensed professionals. Fen is a member of the Utah Land Title Association, and a lifetime sustaining member of the Utah State Alumni Association. He and his wife Lisa and their 4 children enjoy spending their leisure time traveling as well as participating and viewing all sporting events. |

Brandon Platt: Licensed
Brandon started at Mountain View Title in August of 2001. Brandon has had experience of being a runner, a recorder, and is now a licensed Title Examiner. Brandon has expanded his knowledge of searching by doing several counties throughout the state. Brandon has a great work ethic and willingness to help both the client and his fellow colleagues. He is a valued employee of Mountain View Title. Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons.

Gentry Lawson: Licensed Title Officer
Gentry began his career with Mountain View Title in 2002. He started as an entry level worker while attending Weber State University and learned the title industry from the bottom up. Upon completion of his degree in Business Finance, Gentry became a title searcher and went on to earn a Master’s of Business Administration. He understands the importance of business relationships and is dedicated to providing Mountain View Title customers with a timely and accurate title search. In his spare time Gentry enjoys running and being in the outdoors.

Bryce Harward: Manager / Licensed Title Examiner / Licensed Escrow Officer
Bryce began his career with Mountain View Title in 2002. Bryce began as a runner and title searcher while attending Weber State University. Bryce obtained his Title license and has extensive experience in searching every county in the state of Utah. In addition to being licensed in title, he is also a licensed Escrow Officer and enjoys the ability to service both sides of the business. Bryce is a big believer in and loves being part of Mountain View Title, and their reputation of unbeatable service.
Bryce is a loving husband and proud father of a beautiful little girl.
