Scheduled Appointments Required

We are an “Essential Provider” and realize the importance of the Real Estate Industry in our lives and economy. We want to be good citizens and have taken efforts to protect you and our employees during this time.
Until such time that the COVID-19 is under control and The State of Utah has relieved the stay at home advisory, we are asking for your cooperation in order to protect you and our employees.
Until further notice, no walk-in traffic will be permitted. Any closing or other matters regarding your title needs must be by appointment only.
As you arrive for your appointment, please contact our office and notify us of your arrival. We will advise you at that time if the conference room or other room in which you will be conducting business has been sanitized. If the room has been properly sanitized, we will invite you to come into the office and you will be escorted to your closing room. In the event that the room is not available at the time of your arrival, we ask that you remain in your vehicle. We will contact you when the room is ready, have you come into the office and you will be escorted to your closing office.
We clean the rooms after each closing, we wipe down all the table surfaces, chairs, doors, phones, etc. Please take the pens that you used at the signing, they are new and have not been used by any other party.
You deserve a copy of the documents you signed at closing. Please advise if you would like a paper copy, which will be made at closing, or an electronic copy which will be sent to you immediately following the closing.
Some documents you will sign will need to be notarized. Please bring a photo i.d. with you. We will make a copy of it and return it to you sanitized.
